Jonathan Ohene Nkunim, owner of Nature’s Therapeutic Centre at Gbawe, is standing trial at the Accra High Court on four counts of rape. He has pleaded not guilty to all charges.
The case follows allegations by a 40-year-old woman who claims she was sexually assaulted by Nkunim during therapy sessions at the centre. Prosecutors allege the incidents occurred while the complainant was seeking treatment.
