The official program of the Annual General Meeting of Juaben Rural Bank was held on Saturday 20th December 2025 at Asante Juaben.
Their main purpose of this annual meeting is a mandatory by law for the Board of Directors to report to shareholders on the banks performance in 2024, to declare dividend of its shareholders and also acknowledge the current Directors and elect new Directors.
The program was graced by the founder of Juaben Rural Bank PLC, Nana Otuo Siribuo II, Juaben Omanhene, Nana Otuo Siriboe II acknowledged the achievement Juaben Bank has gotten since its inception and thanked the stakeholders and customers with the immense support.

The Board chairman of Juaben Rural Bank PLC, Nana Dr. Appiagyei Danka-Woso I on his interview said, he has been a board chairman for four years and has promised to continue the good works of the past board chairman’s. He continued that Juaben Rural bank is 41years and they have employed more than 300 workers, several awards, 12 Branches and so many social responsibilities, planting of 40,000 trees is their objective.

The CEO of Juaben Rural Bank PLC, Elder Noble Augustine Awere Damoah on his speech said this years dividend to their shareholders was huge and promised to increase it in the coming years, also the turn out of the AGM was massive as the shareholders were happy about the gift they got and the dividend generated. He also emphasised on a cooperate social responsibilities of giving it back to society as they have planned to build ultra- modern market to Juaben community.
