Ghana’s Minister for Foreign Affairs, Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, has disclosed that the government is exploring legal options against South Africa over alleged xenophobic attacks on Ghanaian citizens.
According to him, the matter extends beyond the evacuation of affected nationals, emphasizing the importance of securing accountability and pursuing compensation for victims who suffered losses.
He added that the government remains engaged in diplomatic discussions with South African authorities as efforts continue to address the issue.
