The victims of the Sky Arrow microlight aircraft, registration 9G-ADV, which crashed at Oninku Park in Site 17, Tema Community 1, have been identified as Captain Frank Paa Kwesi Donkor Jr. and his younger brother, Elijah Nana Yaw Donkor.

Captain Donkor was an experienced pilot with over 15 years of flying experience, while his brother was a recent university graduate and worked as a fish farmer. Reports indicate that the aircraft crashed and burst into flames upon impact.
The two were sons of Elder Frank Donkor, founder of the Hebron Prayer Camp.
Further details reveal that Captain Donkor had recently married his wife, Naomi, on December 16, 2025—just three months before the tragic incident.
In a statement, the Ghana Civil Aviation Authority confirmed the crash and the deaths of both occupants.
The aircraft, which was en route from Ho to Accra, was scheduled to arrive at 15:20 GMT, with its last recorded radio contact occurring at 14:18 GMT.
