The Ghana Football Association (GFA) is reportedly holding discussions with Moroccan coach Walid Regragui as a possible replacement for Otto Addo as head coach of the Black Stars.
Regragui has built a strong reputation in international football after guiding Morocco to a semi-final finish at the 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
He also led the Atlas Lions to the final of the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations.
His achievements have made him one of Africa’s most respected tacticians.
If negotiations progress successfully, the GFA could appoint the experienced Moroccan manager to lead Ghana’s national team into its competitive cycle
