Reports suggest that Oprah Winfrey may be preparing to sell her $100 million Montecito estate, known as “The Promised Land,” sparking widespread discussion.
According to the reports, Oprah, who has no children to inherit the property, believes selling the expansive estate is the most practical decision.
What has fueled even more speculation, however, is the claim that she does not want the property to eventually pass to her longtime partner, Stedman Graham, should anything happen to her.
