Mykhailo Mudryk has filed a lawsuit against the Ukrainian Football Association (UAF) and national team physiotherapist Igor Porobiya, claiming a stem cell injection led to his failed doping test.
Sources say the injection—reportedly containing cow-derived stem cells—was administered by Porobiya during a Ukraine national team camp and is believed to be the source of the meldonium detected in Mudryk’s system.
The winger has consistently maintained that he never knowingly used any banned substances.
