The National Petroleum Authority (NPA) has announced new minimum price floors for petroleum products, which will take effect from April 1, 2026.

According to the directive, diesel will be sold at a minimum price of GH¢17.10 per litre, while petrol will have a minimum selling price of GH¢13.30 per litre across the country.
The adjustment forms part of the authority’s regular review of fuel prices to reflect market conditions.
In addition, Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) will be sold at a minimum price of GH¢10.71 per kilogram during the same pricing window.
The new rates are expected to guide fuel pricing at pumps nationwide.
