Stephen Akuoko, a Ghanaian businessman who supplied ready-made fish meals to UK supermarkets, was found storing fish in unsanitary conditions inside his Watford flat.
Firefighters made the discovery while responding to a fire at the property.According to Watford Borough Council and courtwe records, the fish was being kept in his bathtub and on the bathroom floor beside the toilet.
