Nungua Mantse, King Prof. Odaifio Welentsi II, has issued a strong warning to all divisional and sub-divisional chiefs, as well as queens and Asafoatsemei, regarding traditional attire.
He cautioned them against wearing double leg anklets, emphasizing that the practice is not recognized within Nungua customs and traditions.
The Mantse stressed the importance of preserving the authenticity of the community’s cultural heritage and urged traditional leaders to strictly adhere to established customs in order to maintain respect for the traditions and values of the Nungua people.
