Two Ghanaian citizens, Barbara Twum and Jennifer Owusu, have petitioned President John Dramani Mahama over allegations that the Ashanti Regional Minister, Dr. Frank Amoakohene, made sexually offensive and misogynistic remarks about former National Youth Authority Deputy Chief Executive, Akosua Manu, popularly known as Kozie.
The petitioners contend that the alleged comments are inappropriate and undermine the dignity of women in public life.
They are calling on the President to investigate the matter and take the necessary action if the claims are substantiated.
The petition has sparked public debate, with many Ghanaians demanding accountability, professionalism, and respect in political discourse. :::
