Morocco inaugurate Mohammed VI Tower, now the tallest building in Africa

Morocco has inaugurated the Mohammed VI Tower, now the tallest building in Africa.

The $700 million project was completed over eight years, with contributions from more than 2,500 workers representing over a dozen countries.

Developers estimate the tower will generate around 450 direct jobs and an additional 3,500 indirect jobs, highlighting its broader economic impact.
Seeing projects like this, Morocco increasingly presents the image of a rapidly developing nation.

It’s the kind of progress many hope their own governments can learn from and draw inspiration to pursue similar transformative developments.
