I Was Sleeping on a Student Mattress Despite My Wealth” – Nana Agradaa Shares Lessons from Prison

“I Was Sleeping on a Student Mattress Despite My Wealth” – Nana Agradaa Shares Lessons from Prison
Controversial Ghanaian televangelist Nana Agradaa, also known as Patricia Asiamah, has opened up about the life-changing lessons she says she learned during her time at Nsawam Prison.

In a video that has since gone viral, Agradaa explained that her period in prison became a moment of deep reflection and spiritual awakening.

She revealed that one of the hardest adjustments for her was the drastic change in her living conditions, especially after the luxurious lifestyle she had been accustomed to before her imprisonment.
“I was sleeping on a student mattress while I was in prison.

I would spread it on the floor and lie on it to sleep.

Imagine someone as wealthy as me, who has built mansions, sleeping in such a condition,” she said.

According to Agradaa, the experience humbled her and became a lesson she believes God used to teach her about life and death.
She said the situation made her realize that when a person dies, they ultimately face God alone.
“God used that time to teach me about death.

He showed me that this is how I will be buried one day. Nobody will follow me — not my children, my husband, my mother, or any other relative.

Everyone will stand before God alone to give an account of the life they lived on earth.

So if God has given you another day, it is an opportunity to repent and live a better life,” she added.
