Counsellor Cyril George Carstensen Lutterodt, a well-known Ghanaian marriage counsellor popularly called Counsellor Lutterodt, has been arrested and detained by the Ghana Police Service over alleged incitement and conduct likely to cause a breach of the peace.
His arrest follows comments in which he reportedly encouraged Ga youth to exhume the body of the late highlife musician Daddy Lumba from his residence in East Legon.
Lutterodt claimed that burying the celebrated artiste at what he described as an unapproved location on Ga land was disrespectful and unacceptable.
Authorities say the remarks risked provoking public unrest, prompting police intervention and further investigations.
