The Accra Circuit Court is hearing a criminal case between the Republic and Rahman Kofi Asiedu together with other accused persons.
They are charged with stealing, conspiracy to commit a crime, and causing unlawful damage.
During proceedings, the court ordered that the first accused person (A1) be remanded into lawful custody pending the final determination of the case. The second accused person (A2) was granted bail in the sum of Fifty Thousand Ghana Cedis (GHS 50,000) with two sureties to be justified.
The court has adjourned the matter, and the case is scheduled to reappear before the court on 16th February, 2026, for continuation of proceedings.
