Non governmental Group African Virtuous Ladies Foundation International Commissions Borehole to Effiduase Asokore- Owramso community.
The program came off on Thursday 1st January, 2026, at Effiduase Asokore-Owramso in the Ashanti Region.
The program was graced with so many dignitaries like the Reprentative of Member of Parliament in the Constituency, Honourable Ayew, the Omanhene Akyempinhene of Asokore, Nana Osei Appau Kubi and others.
The First Lady of the African Virtuous Ladies, Oheneyere Priscilla Owusu Asante addressed the community that, their group main purpose is to support the needy and improve the standard living of people. She continued that, they consulted their Patron, Honourable Ayew in his Constituency the areas they can support them with Borehole. They investigated the communities and it came on board that Owramso needed Borehore, it was their vision to Commission such edifice on their 10th Anniversary celebration.
The Reprentative of The Member of Parliament, John Yeboah on his speech praised African Virtuous Ladies on their massive development in the community. He emphasised on their challenges in the the Constituency as water is one of the problems in the area and he promised to protect the edifice the Ladies have contributed to the community.
The Asokore Omanhene Akyempinhene, Nana Owusu Appau thanked the ladies support in Owramso because they were not expecting such development in the community in the beginning of the year and they appreciate Virtuous Ladies because water is Life.
